Operational Management and Corporate Leadership in Healthcare Facilities
I serve as Facility Services Director at ISS in Etlik City Hospital. I bring more than 11 years of experience in healthcare management and business administration to my work, with an analytical, data-supported management approach.

I was born in Ankara in 1990. After graduating from Başkent University's Department of Health Management in 2014, I deepened my academic career with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Ufuk University and a Master of Science in Computer Science at Gazi University. This gave me a multidisciplinary management approach that combines health management theory with advanced business management and an information technology perspective.
Over more than 11 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector, I have held active roles in the management architecture of macro-scale projects and mega healthcare complexes. My administrative journey began at ARTE Medical Center in Public Relations, Human Resources and Licensing, and I carried it to the Bilkent City Hospital project, one of the largest healthcare investments in Türkiye and Europe. Within this giant complex, I served as Deputy Director of the 588-bed Oncology Hospital. I was then responsible for the end-to-end management, operational planning and follow-up of 18 critical service areas, including soft and hard services, which form the backbone of operations at the Ankara and Mersin City Hospitals (5,200 beds in total).
Following this large-scale operational and strategic experience, I served as Operations Manager and Deputy Administrative Director at Ufuk University Dr. Rıdvan Ege Hospital, where I directed all of the hospital's administrative processes.
Today, I continue my career at ISS as Facility Services Director. In this vast healthcare complex, with a capacity of 4,050 beds, 1.1 million square meters of enclosed area and 1.4 million square meters of land, the largest hospital in Europe and the third largest in the world, I manage all soft services, including catering, patient attendant services, patient transport, patient guidance, cleaning, security, pest control, parking and laundry. Together with my team of more than 2,700 qualified staff, I coordinate operational excellence.
Combining my long-standing sector experience with technology and innovative management models, I pursue a data-driven leadership vision aimed at institutional excellence and sustainable success.

I lead facility management operations on the campus of Etlik City Hospital (4,050 beds, more than 1 million square meters of enclosed area). I am responsible for the end-to-end management of all soft services, including catering and mass feeding, patient attendant and support services, patient transport and transfer, digital and physical patient guidance, general and high-risk clinical area cleaning, integrated security, vector and pest control, parking management and industrial laundry.
Together with a team of more than 2,700 staff, I work across a broad range of management areas, from human resources planning and shift optimization to personnel affairs and competency-based training. 24/7 service continuity, compliance with the national Healthcare Quality Standards (SKS), infection control protocols, SLA-based performance monitoring and occupational health and safety rules are at the center of my daily work.
To improve the experience of patients and their families, reduce the operational burden on clinical units and increase resource efficiency, I use digital tracking systems, automation tools and data-driven analytical models. Crisis management scenarios, budget and cost control, supplier relations and quality assurance audits are also within my area of responsibility.
